Viva Carlos!
We visited Cocina de Carlos after reading recommendations on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. As soon as we were seated they brought us chips and salsa. All the food is cooked fresh so they said we may have a wait but it was not excessive . We had the Pineapple don Charly with shrimp and street tacos. It was as delicious with a great presentation. Carlos is amazing! We hoped to have room for desert but we were stuffed. We were very pleased.

🤪🧀 Quesadilla Loca! A BIG grilled flour tortilla stuffed with cheese and your favorite filling, folded up and covered in creamy queso blanco. Then we add rice, beans, lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes because apparently Lupita believes there’s no such thing as too much deliciousness. 😂🇲🇽
