Coming back to Cocina de Carlos and working a few days here and there (if you can even call this work 😄), and returning to my roots with this incredible team, fills me with joy and a renewed sense of purpose.

So much has changed over the years, yet my beloved Cocina de Carlos is still here — strong, vibrant, and full of character and heart.

Living the experience (as influencers would say) is truly one of a kind.

This year is going to be amazing as we renew our energy and creativity. Thank you all for so many years of support and love for my dear Cocina de Carlos (once known as Ok Patron Fajita Bar, across the street) .

Grateful for every moment and every one of you.
